IMAGINE: The Music of Lennon & McCartney (July 2015)
Prepare to be taken on a journey through the whimsy, witty, moving and powerful music and lyrics of John Lennon and Paul McCartney, as presented by SDGMC as new show 'Imagine.'
As one of the 20th century's most important song-writing duos, Lennon and McCartney created so many incredible songs that still live on today.
As part of their 30th Anniversary show, Imagine explores the world that the SDGMC's founders could only have dreamed of, through the sound of these iconic figures.
Greatest Hits (April 2015)
What better way to celebrate your 30th anniversary than throwing a “Greatest Hits” party? SDGMC presents a two-day engagement called “Greatest Hits Vol. 1 1985-2015” to honor 30 years of music making.
The 200-member chorus will belt out everything from Abba and Madonna to Elton John and Barry Manilow.
The performances will include appearances by the Chamber Chorale, Mood Swings ensemble, an all-male dance troupe and, for the first time, the San Diego Youth Pride Chorus.

From The Greatest Hits Volume One Concert - April 18th & 19th 2015. Celebrating 30 years as a choral presence in San Diego. The San Diego Gay Men's Chorus mission is to create a positive musical experience through exciting performances which engage our audiences, build community support and provide a dynamic force for social change.
What a great year as we celebrated our 30th Anniversary of singing! Thank you to everyone who joined the festivities at our three main-stage shows at the Balboa Theatre—our spring “Greatest Hits—Vol. I” show, our summer Beatles tribute “Imagine” and our recent holiday show “Jingle.”
We also had an incredible year pursuing our musical mission of changing lives one voice at at time throughout San Diego County. We performed more than 40 outreach performances for nearly 50,000 people!
San Diego Gay Men's Chorus National Anthem at Petco Park September 1, 2015
On September 1, 2015 the San Diego Gay Men's Chorus took to the Petco Park baseball field to sing the National Anthem before the Padres game for the first-ever Pride Night.

Three chorus couples share their love stories.
In this, our 30th Anniversary Year Celebration, the 225-member San Diego Gay Men's Chorus is excited to take the Balboa Theatre stage once again. Included is the much anticipated return of our critically acclaimed Chamber Chorale, coming off its “triumph” with the La Jolla Symphony & Chorus We also welcome back our pioneering crowd-favorite, the SD Youth Pride Chorus, San Diego’s only all-inclusive chorale group for young people and our multi-talented Mood Swings ensemble.

Every SDGMC show tells its own moving and emotional story. From our holiday show, here is the haunting performance of “I Love You More” featuring the remarkable Suzy Rubio as a grieving mother saying goodbye to her son—an encore performance from our co-commissioned Tyler’s Suite about the tragic loss of gay music student Tyler Clementi after being cyberbullied.

This holiday season will be even brighter for many San Diego kids and families thanks to the San Diego Padres’ sponsorship of the popular holiday show Jingle to be presented by the San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus at the Balboa Theatre.
In light of the recent attacks in Paris, the San Diego Gay Men's Chorus came together to remind the world that peace should be our ultimate goal.
